At SimAura, we value your privacy and provide you with the ability to permanently delete your account and personal data.

You can delete your account directly from the SimAura app by following these steps:

check_circle Go to Profile.

check_circle Tap Edit Profile.

check_circle Select Delete Account.

check_circle Confirm your request.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

When you delete your account, we will permanently delete:

check_circle Profile information (name, email address, phone number)

check_circle Login credentials

check_circle Saved preferences

check_circle Saved eSIM-related information associated with your account

check_circle Other personal information stored in your profile

To comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations, we may retain certain information, including:

check_circle Transaction history

check_circle Records required by applicable laws

Retained information will only be kept for the period required by law and will not be used for marketing purposes.

Your account deletion request is typically processed immediately or within 30 days, depending on legal and operational requirements.
